MOBILE BACKHAUL

OUR COMPANY HAS A DREAM AND VISION OF ALL IP CONVERGENCE

Mobile Backhaul Switches serve as critical transport devices that connect Radio Access Networks (RAN) to the core network, aggregating and forwarding large volumes of traffic generated at the wireless edge. As a key infrastructure component, they directly impact mobile network performance, service quality, and overall reliability, making them essential for modern telecom network deployments.

With the rapid expansion of 5G Advanced and the growing adoption of AI-driven services, mobile networks are experiencing continuously increasing traffic demands, along with stronger requirements for ultra-high speed, ultra-low latency, and large-capacity data transport. As a result, Mobile Backhaul Switches must go beyond simple traffic forwarding, delivering high-performance packet processing, flexible traffic engineering, and precise network control and management to ensure stable operation of next-generation mobile services.

ubiQuoss Mobile Backhaul Switches are based on extensive experience in building 4G LTE Carrier Ethernet networks and are already deployed in Korea’s commercial 5G networks. They provide advanced clock synchronization and efficient Segment Routing-based traffic control to meet stringent backhaul requirements. Built on a high-performance hardware platform with proven networking technologies, they effectively handle increasing 5G Advanced and AI-driven traffic, enabling scalable and future-ready mobile backhaul network architectures.
