ubiQuoss has successfully addressed this concern with its G.hn solution, which is the world’s first to achieve maximum performance with reduced interference in bundled cables. A G.hn network consists of a GAM (G.hn Access Multiplexer) connected to the broadband backbone and a GNT (G.hn Network Terminal) installed at the user side. In essence, the G.hn solution requires only the existing VDSL equipment (DSLAM/modem) to be switched to Giga-class equipment (GAM/GNT), making it a cost-effective and viable solution.

Overview
U3108B provides users with voice and data communication service using VDSL2 (Very high-data rate Digital Subscriber Line) technologies. It is suitable for providing more advanced services to the users in apartments, building, hotel etc since it can save cost because it uses the existing telephone lines without requiring additional category 5 cabling.
U3108B provides 8 port VDSL2 service interface and 8 port 10/100Base-TX for connection to Layer 2 switch to allow enterprises or service provider’s customers to build optimized network environment economically. By implementing state-of-the-art DMT method of VDSL2 service interface, it guarantees the transfer speed of 100/100 Mbps of sync/async maximum transfer speed.
All the ports of U3108B VDSL support full duplex communication. Because full duplex communication type allows the both directions of traffic to flow at the same time, the link bandwidth can be effectively extended twice. And all the 10/100Base-TX ports provide the function to set optimized communication mode automatically.
