LIPS™ Ring Back Tone ("RBT") solution is the network-based new concept value-added mobile system that substitutes various sound sources for the ring back tone during the ring back tone time, and supports various marketing services.

Furthermore, the system is designed to not only act as an IP (Intelligent Peripheral) in the RBT System,
but also as a service node incorporating SCP in the current non-intelligent network that is expected to evolve.
